youth music (research partner: debbi lander of landerlife) proving the value of music making for 0 to 18 year olds
the purpose of this youth music research was to gather information from internal data and clients to provide evidence on what has been achieved that would not otherwise have been achieved without Youth Music's involvement. the research incorporated 3 phases:
- desk research - analysis of internal database of 1,800 past Youth Music projects
- online survey - questionnaire creation and analysis of results from 200 randomly selected past Youth Music projects
- case studies - gathered detailled information about 8 past Youth Music projects via face to face interviews.
the research outputs will be used for Youth Music promotional and fundraising purposes, and to support the decision of Youth Music to focus on 4 priority areas (Early Years, Singing, At Risk, Transition) over the next 5 years. www.youthmusic.org.uk role: statistical research

conducted internet research into the latest global mobile applications and technologies relating to the public transport sector, with a particular focus on alerting services. kizoom provided a number of starting points and keywords to assist research.
